Fee Schedule

Standard documents include 4 names and 4 pages. Additional fees are as follows:


Parcels - Deed/Mortgage only - each after 1

$0.50 per parcel

Names - each after 4

$1 per name

Pages - each after 4

$2 per page

Notations - each additional

$2 per notation

Unless otherwise noted, additional fees must be added to a document that exceeds the standard document name and page count.
