Enter through Government Center. After passing through security, proceed past the 2 elevators and turn right down the first corridor past the elevators. Proceed across the skybridge to the Annex and on the right, take the elevator down 1 floor to the UL Floor. The UL conference room is to the right down the corridor on the right past the toilet rooms.
