In order for Subpoena requests to be accepted, the caption, case number and all information must be accurately typed, on both the Subpoena and Return of Service. If the information is incorrect, your template will be returned for appropriate corrections before being accepted for processing.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed and signed, you will be notified the Subpoena is ready for pick up. Subpoenas are $10.00 each. Fees must be paid at the time of pick up.
